Due to COVID-19 we are not offering refunds or returns right now due. The only reason for an eligible return is if your product is damaged in which case you have 3 days from the receipt of the product to provide proof of the damage by emailing a picture to oreous@oreous.com If you eligible for a refund then the steps to follow will be provided to you at that point.

We recommend you run your machine washable cover on a gentle rinse cycle with cold water and then allow the pillow cover to hang dry, do not put in the dryer as it ruin the gentle fabric.
